Technical Support Engineer - German Speaking
Our client is an established manufacturer of Laboratory instrumentation, they are currently seeking a German / English speaking Customer Support Engineer to support their technical team.
This position will require you to provide technical support / contact for customers and clients alike in an established area, you will have day to day contact with customers and clients via both email and phone and will answer product related technical questions and general sales related enquiries.
Please note this is predominantly a desk based role, working within a small technical team - product training and support will be given.
The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre in a 'science' subject and be bi-lingual, with German. You must have a good scientific background and the ability to pick up product knowledge and technical information quickly in order to liaise with scientific professionals confidently. Excellent IT and Communication skills desired.
This is a permanent position offering a salary of up to £32,000 (depending on skills and experience)
